Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exams are conducted for taking admissions in after graduation courses like M.Tech, Ph. D, apart from that they are also conducted for government scholarships or assistantships and public sector undertakings (PSUs). GATE exams are basically conducted for the field for of engineering and technology. GATE exams are annual exams i.e. GATE exams conduct annually. GATE exams conducted by IISC Banglore and seven IITs (Mumbai, Delhi, Madras, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Guwahati and Roorkee) on the rational basis. GATE is computer based online test having 65 questions with the time of 3 hours. Question paper contains an objective and numerical type of questions which are divided into 3 sections i.e. General Aptitude, Engineering Mathematics, and From Respective Subjects.
